BRSR (Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting) is a reporting requirement introduced by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the top 1000 listed companies by market capitalization. The scope of BRSR reporting includes disclosures related to a company's performance against the principles and core elements of the National Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct (NGRBC).
